SPi upholds the principle of responsible corporate governance, both within the conduct of its own management and in the conduct of its business affairs with its clients. SPi subscribes to the tenets of the Access to Information Act (Act 2 of 2000). This act deals with, inter alia, :

• Voluntary Disclosure
• Procedure to request information
• Record keeping
• Grounds for refusal
• Third party notification
