SPi offers 3 products which are interrelated, namely:

Executive Search

At SPI Executive Search applies to the sourcing of suitable candidates for an executive or specialised

management position based on qualifications, experience, skills and corporate “fit”. The executives that SPi shortlists will reflect the realities of the market and all will be suited to the position.

Board & Management Audits

These audits target the assessment of skills within board and management teams, and are executed on

assignment for corporate clients. They afford executive management a strategic overview of their business against an agreed set of criteria and are best suited to periods of material change within an organisation. A written report is compiled and the findings and recommendations discussed with the client. Applicable fees are negotiated.

Executive Talent Surveys

We are often requested to draw on our extensive research capabilities to investigate, survey and analyse specific industry functions or practices in order to reveal the extent of existing talent.
